Order Processing Time

After payment confirmation, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may require additional time.

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking reference is generated when available. Transit time depends on destination region, courier network conditions, and customs handling when applicable.

Delivery Delays

Uncontrollable factors such as weather, holiday backlogs, and courier route interruptions may affect delivery speed. We monitor exceptions and assist with follow-up communication when needed.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear product and package photos.
  • A brief issue summary.

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution such as replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the case condition.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened beauty and skincare items are generally non-returnable unless a confirmed product quality issue is identified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on bank or payment provider policies.
